Scott has spent his career almost entirely in leadership positions. His 10 years of successful hands-on leadership experience includes 8 years in the aviation industry and 2 years in the oil and gas industry. These positions have resulted in experience within sales, contract negotiations, investor relations, marketing, asset appraisal, business development, and project consulting. This experience has made Scott an industry leading specialist in aircraft sales, aircraft acquisitions, and aircraft management.
A North Texas native and graduate from the University of North Texas, Scott developed a strong passion for aviation industry early in his undergraduate studies. While at the University of North Texas, he began flight training at the Denton Enterprise Airport. Scott is a commercial instrument rated pilot and certified FAA flight instructor with over 2,500 flight hours. Scott is a 2011 graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelors of Applied Arts and Science degree and continued Master’s level courses at Southern Methodist University in Business Dispute Resolution. Scott is an Advisory Board Member for VREF Aircraft Value Reference & Appraisal Services. He enjoys spending time with his wife and sons while watching college football, playing golf, and fishing.
Brian became part of the Oshman Aviation Group in the summer of 2017. He began flight training as a private pilot in 2015 after completing his undergraduate degree in Management from the University of Arkansas. He is in the process of completing his commercial pilot ratings in Denton, Texas. Growing up with a father being a Marine Corps F/A-18 Hornet and American Airlines pilot, aviation has played a large role in his life. Brian enjoys fishing, hunting, water sports, and Razorback Football games.
