Scott founded Oshman Aviation in 2017 and has built his career around leadership, development, and strategic growth. With more than 16 years of hands-on leadership experience in the business aviation industry, Scott has established himself as a respected executive in the aircraft sales and acquisition market. Since 2013, he has successfully closed more than 275 aircraft sales and acquisition transactions.
Before founding Oshman Aviation, Scott spent three years leading the sales department of a prominent aircraft dealership in Fort Worth, Texas. Under his leadership, Oshman Aviation has continued to achieve consistent year-over-year revenue growth and strong returns on investment. His leadership philosophy centers on building a culture of excellence, accountability, and sustainable growth while remaining grounded in the company’s core values.
A North Texas native, Scott developed a passion for business and aviation early in life. He attended Midwestern State University, where he played collegiate football from 2006–2007 before transferring to the University of North Texas. During his time at UNT, Scott began flight training at the Denton Enterprise Airport, further fueling his passion for aviation.
Scott is a commercial instrument-rated pilot and certified flight instructor with more than 2,750 flight hours across multiple different aircraft types. He earned his Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree from University of North Texas in 2011 and post graduate studies in Business Dispute Resolution at Southern Methodist University. In addition to his professional work, Scott serves as an Advisory Board Member for VREF Aircraft Value Reference & Appraisal Services.
Outside of business and aviation, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, coaching sports, traveling, hunting, enjoying time on the lake and supporting the Florida Gators.

As Director of Aircraft Sales – Brokerage at Oshman Aviation, Parker specializes in representing clients in the acquisition and sale of aircraft while also overseeing aircraft valuations and market research. He has a strong passion for the transactional side of business aviation and enjoys flying in his spare time.
Parker earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University — Go Frogs. He is also a commercial instrument-rated pilot with more than 800 flight hours.

Laura oversees administrative, accounting, and client support services within Oshman Aviation. Laura has over a decade of aviation industry experience to include aircraft maintenance facility management. Laura’s extensive King Air knowledge is an asset to Oshman Aviation.
